Refund and Returns Policy

FolksWag Returns & Refunds Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we can only offer partial refunds. These include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the wrong size or design, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct item. If you need to exchange an item, email us at folkswagofficial@gmail.com, and we will guide you on how to send the product back.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and delivery fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
